Crosland's roots can be traced to the 1930s when John Crosland, Sr. began building homes in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was a principled man who instilled his vision and determination in the company that bears his name today.
Guided by his father’s legacy of fairness, honesty and vision, John Crosland, Jr., while serving as president of Crosland, co-founded Habitat for Humanity in Charlotte in 1983. He built a respected and multi-dimensional real estate development company. Over the years, Crosland has earned a reputation as a developer that does things right. In fact, there’s a profound story attached to most every project we touch – Birkdale Village, Alpha Mill and Latta Arcade, just to name a few.
Today, Chairman and CEO Todd Mansfield guides the company by the same principles. Part of his passion and greater vision is tied to environmental accountability. Crosland is a company that continues to respect the land and all people. We want to be a part of the solution for generations to come.
