Affordable Housing

Our team has a long history of providing affordable housing for families and senior citizens. Since 1989, our team has built or developed approximately 50 subsidized communities and 3,500 units. We have developed nine HOPE VI communities with over 800 units. We also have developed 26 low income housing tax credit projects with 1,800 units. All of these projects have had layered financing, and 10 have included public housing ACC units. One has included project based section eight units. We currently manage approximately 20 communities including more than 1,500 units. Our affordable housing communities are market rate quality units with rent-controls to make them more affordable to low to moderate working families. It is our mission to support the community and help raise the standard of living for those who need help most.

In many cases, we have collaborated with non-profit housing sponsors to provide them with the needed development, construction or management expertise to help them successfully complete affordable housing development projects in their communities.
