Varela is a proposed mixed-use development consisting of 350 luxury apartments and 12,000 sf of retail located within the heart of Tampa’s Westshore district. Crosland Greens
Crosland Greens, a 36-acre mixed-use, transit-oriented redevelopment at South Boulevard and Scaleybark south of Uptown Charlotte will offer a variety of housing options, retail and office space in a vibrant, sustainably designed community at the site of Crosland’s former headquarters. We are currently seeking zoning approval and are closely monitoring the market to appropriately phase the project. Depending on market demand, we hope to start construction early 2010 on an office building and the library building.
