Arbor Glen Apartment Homes include one-bedroom ground floor cottages for seniors (age 62 and older) and two- and three-bedroom garden apartments and townhomes for families. Special programs, a competition-sized swimming pool and two clubhouses are offered to residents. Because of special government financing, the rental rates at Arbor Glen are about half the rental rates at contemporary, luxury apartment communities.
